Unfortunately, there is not option for doorstep delivery and pickup. You need to pickup and return the bike from Pickup point mentioned in your invoice. However, in case you still need pickup and delivery, you can request the vendor directly for the same and he may accommodate your request.

Yes. Extension of your booking is allowed subject to availability of vehicle. However uninformed or non-confirmed extension of vehicle will attract a penalty equivalent to the security deposit for the vehicle.

Your tenure starts only from the date when the product is collected by you.
For weekends, 1 day is calculated on a 9am-9am basis. This means that even if you pickup the bike at 3 pm in the afternoon, you need to return the bike by 9am next morning. For weekdays, 1 day is calculated on a 24 hour basis.
Please contact vendor if the vehicle is not working properly. They would help you in repairing or replacing the vehicle. Under unavoidable circumstances, if the vendor is unable to help, please let us know on +917774096868 and we ll process refund for your order after discussing it with vendor.

The 1st month rent is collected when you book the product for the first time. For all subsequent monthly payments, you will get a payment link on your registered email by the 1st of every month. All modes of payments are accepts (Visa/Master/American express).
NOTE: We make a one time adjustment in your 2nd month billing on a pro rata basis so that you pay only for the remaining unpaid days of that months. For e.g. If your tenure starts from 14th Sep, Your October billing will only include rent for 16 days as you have already paid the rental for 14th Sep – 14th Oct. From November onwards, your billing cycle will be for 1st of month – end of month.
To make it easy to remember, we always adjust the billing cycle to the 1st of every month. The payment link is sent much before the 1st of the month and you have 7 days to make the payment. Any delayed payments will attract a penalty of Rs. 100 for the month. Non-payment for the full month could result in termination of rental and removal of all products.

Yes, we courier the dress booked to your address and also send a packet which you can use to send the dress back. You just need to give it to your nearest speed post. The packet already has the tickets and address required for it to reach back to us.
