General Terms
1. Cycle rent includes the head gear
2. Kindly book the cycle couple of days prior to the event.
3. Security deposit of INR 1000 + One original ID proof (pan card, driving license, vote id, adhar card, passport etc.) to be given when you are receiving the cycle.
4. Cycle suitable for individual with height between 5.6 ft to 5.11 ft.
5. 24 hrs are considered from the time you take the delivery of the cycle and return it back
6. If the cycle is returned before 24 hrs, the rent of 24 hrs is still applicable
7. Any damages to the cycle will be recovered from the security deposit
8. Once we receive the cycle back in good condition security deposit and original ID will be returned back
9. Weekly / fortnightly / Monthly rental scheme is also available
10. Bikes and equipment can only be hired from ShiftGear on completion of a Hire Agreement Form. The signatory of the Form is designated as the hirer. A Booking is made by the hirer on completion of the Hire Agreement Form and by leaving an agreed Security Deposit.
11. You will ride your cycle responsibly at all times. You will not hold ShiftGear responsible for any loss, damage or injury including death to persons or property with regard to the use of the cycle(s) and equipment hired. You accept responsibility to Indemnify ShiftGear against any claim, interest, demand or expense in respect of such injury or damage.
12. Any damage caused due to crash or neglect is the Customer responsibility and will be charged to the customer for entire damage for hired cycles.

Delivery Terms
1. Store Timings for Self Pickup & Return is 10:00am - 8:00pm
2. Doorstep Delivery & Pick up within Pune Limits is INR 200 per cycle for 1-5 cycles.
3. Doorstep Delivery & Pick up within Pune Limits is INR 2000 for 6-20 cycles.

Important Note:
1. Unless mentioned specifically, the color, brand and model of product is subject to availability. The image shown is only for reference.
2. All package prices are inclusive of service tax.
3. Any booking must be accepted by vendor within 24 hours. If Vendor does not accept the order within 24 hours, transaction is cancelled and full amount is refunded back to customer.
