Aaditya rental solution deals in supply of fans and office furniture on rental since decades. They supply material to various office, factories theatres, wedding halls, five star hotels, refiners airports, Govt Offices etc. Reliance, Yes Bank, Taj Hotels and Hutch are some of the clients served by them. They also supply the material to various places in Maharashtra.
General Terms
1. Any Government ID Proof Copy + Security Deposit + Rent agreement copy to be given at time of delivery.
2. We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible but it could take 4-7 days for delivery.
3. We never charge for basic wear and tear but if there is any major damage/loss of product, repair/replacement cost will have to be borne by Customer.
4. Delivery may not be available for remotely located areas. Please check with our support team on support@rentone.in if you are in doubt.
5. It shall be the responsibility of the Customer to return the products after the end of rental period and obtain a valid receipt therefore. The return of the products without obtaining valid receipt shall not be effective and for all purpose such products will be deemed not to have been returned at all.
6. If the products are supplied on dates other than 1st of month, the rent would be calculated on a pro rate basis till the end of the month.
7. Monthly rental needs to be paid in advance at the beginning of every month. The rent needs to be paid before 5th of every month.
8. In case of delay in payment of rent for any month, interest will be calculated at 18% per annum for each month of delay.
9. In case of return of goods before the end of tenure, customer is liable to pay amount applicable till the tenure booked. However, customer can extend the tenure comfortably by mailing us on support@rentone.in.
10. Delivery & Pickup available only in Mumbai city limits.
Payment Terms
1. Security deposit to be paid at time of delivery
2. In case of cancellation, refund will be done within 4 working days
Cancellation Terms
1. For more than 1 Month Tenure - 10% Deducted if cancellation is done 7 or more days before delivery date
2. Other Cases - No Refund
Delivery & Pickup Charges
1. Tenure less than 6 months - INR 1600
2. For tenure of 6 months and more - INR 800
Important Note:
1. Unless mentioned specifically, the color, brand and model of product is subject to availability. The image shown is only for reference.
2. All package prices are inclusive of service tax.
3. Any booking must be accepted by vendor within 24 hours. If Vendor does not accept the order within 24 hours, transaction is cancelled and full amount is refunded back to customer.
